Delivery Policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. DELIVERY LOCATION

Stock Tank Pools and Wood Custom Pieces offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in California, Arizona, and Las Vegas. Accessories can be shipped Nationwide.

3. DELIVERY TIME

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you within 7 days of your order. We have the right to cancel a scheduled Delivery due to rain, snow, hail, high winds, sickness, trailer, and/or car malfunctions. TIPSY TANKS only operates Monday to Friday. Please note we do not deliver on Saturday or Sundays.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping, within 50miles of 91351 is included in all our Stock Tank Pool Packages. An additional cost of $1.75 per mile after 50miles will be added to your Work Order. Individual Stock Tank purchases must incur delivery costs plus the additional mileage fee of $1,75 per mile after 25 miles of 91351.

5. IMPERFECTIONS

Due to the sole purpose of live stock tanks, your tank may arrive with dings, scratches, scuffs, grease, etc. TIPSY TANKS is not responsible for damages or imperfections that occur. TIPSY TANKS is also not responsible for delivery damages while rolling your tank to your stock tanks resting spot. Stock Tanks will not be replaced due to imperfections.

6. UNCLEAR PATH

We have the right to refuse service if there is no clear path to your backyard as stated on your contract. We do not carry tanks over fences, roofs, stairs, and/or arches. It is the customer’s responsibility to have a clear path from trash cans, patio furniture, children’s toys, hanging lights, trees, tree branches, telephone/cable wires, etc. Be sure to measure twice and ensure you are ordering the correct size.
