Terms, Conditions & Warranty

DELIVERY

• A fee of $1.75 will be added to your invoice if you are over our 50 mile delivery range. A fee of $1.75 per mile thereafter will be invoiced to you.

• If your ship to address is different than your bill to address, please provide the correct info at checkout.

• You agree to have a clear & safe path for our team to roll your tank to your backyard. Check FAQs for details. No returns will be accepted.

• We have the right to cancel deliveries due to high winds, rain, snow, vehicle maintenance/ malfunctions, employee sickness, etc before or the day of.

PAYMENT

• Non-Refundable Deposit – A non-refundable deposit is due at this time to hold your tank. Your deposit of $150 will be deducted from your total amount due at the time of stock tank pool install, delivery or pickup.

• Your remaining balance is due upon pickup, delivery or stock tank pool install. We accept all major credit cards, checks, Zelle, or cash. A $50 discount if paid in cash.

CUSTOM COLOR

You have the ability of adding your custom color code at time of checkout. If you have not chosen your custom color yet, please provide your color code three weeks before delivery.
Please Note: Due to individual computer monitor limitations, colors seen on Vista Paint website may not accurately reflect Vista Paint Colors. To confirm your color choice, visit your local Vista Paint store to verify an actual paint sample of your color selection.

WARRANTY

• Manufacturer Tank Warranty: Upon modifying your stock tank or stock tank pool, ie: drilling, painting, or epoxying your tank, all manufacturer warranty is voided.

• Tipsy Tanks Warranty: Tipsy Tanks honors a 14 day leak warranty. Customers must notify TIPSY TANKS 14 days of any leaks that occur. If a leak cannot be repaired, a new tank will be provided.

• Intex Filter Warranty: Two year warranty is provided through Intex. Please contact support@h2otankavenue and provide a detailed description of your filter malfunction.

• Filter Parts Warranty: TIPSY TANKS will honor a 6 month warranty on all filter parts. Please contact support@h2otankavenue.com and provide a detailed description of parts malfunction. TIPSY TANKS will not warranty or replace any filter parts after they have been disconnected by a customer.

• Hayward Filter Warranty: Two year warranty is provided through Intex.

• Paint Warranty: Tipsy Tanks will not warranty any normal wear or tear of your paint.

• Stock Tank Pool Bench Warranty: Stock Tank Pool Benches arrive unstained and protected. Customer must seal their bench as soon as it arrives or protect it from the direct sun. Tipsy Tanks Is not responsible for wood warping or splintering.

• Stock Tank Corrosion and/or Rust: Tipsy Tanks is not responsible for corrosion or rust.

• Stock Tank Imperfections: Tipsy Tanks is not responsible for Exterior or Interior dents, scuffs, and/or grease residue on stock tanks.

• Stock Tank Use: Tipsy Tanks purchases water troughs and/or stock tanks specifically manufactured for livestock with the sole aim converting them to “pools”.
